Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Flexi Loo Hire. By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Flexi Loo Hire provides portable toilet rental, VIP toilet hire, septic tank pumping, honey sucker services and related sanitation solutions across South Africa.

All services are subject to availability, site inspection where required, and confirmation in writing.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary depending on location, access conditions, duration and service requirements.
  • Additional charges may apply for emergency call-outs, long-distance travel, difficult access or excessive waste.
  • A written confirmation is required before service delivery.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified on the invoice.
  • Full payment may be required before delivery for once-off hires.
  • Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
  • Flexi Loo Hire reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • The client must ensure safe and clear access to the site.
  • Units must be placed on level ground suitable for servicing vehicles.
  • Delivery and collection times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather or operational conditions.
  • Relocation of units after delivery may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for the security of hired units while on site.
  • Units must not be moved, modified or tampered with.
  • Only normal sanitary waste may be disposed of in portable units.
  • Any damage, vandalism or misuse will be charged to the client.

6. Septic & Waste Services

  • The client must disclose accurate tank size and access conditions.
  • Additional charges may apply if tank size or access differs from information provided.
  • Emergency services are subject to availability.
  • Flexi Loo Hire is not liable for pre-existing structural tank damage.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation fees may apply if services are cancelled within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Custom event bookings may require non-refundable deposits.

8. Liability

Flexi Loo Hire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Force Majeure

Flexi Loo Hire shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays or government restrictions.

10. Website Use

  • All website content is for informational purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to update content and pricing without prior notice.
  • Unauthorised use of website material is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
